What Happens Next?
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, Palligram.com will promptly investigate and, if necessary, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled in error, you may submit a counter-notification that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and accept service of process from the complainant.
We will review all counter-notifications and may reinstate content if appropriate.
